Hydraulic disconnects are available in almost any size.  Made for standard or sour operations.  Allows forward or reverse circulation through.  Once a ball is pumped down through the tubing, it allows force to be directed to piston.  The piston is fully adjustable and can be set for a variety of shear values.   Once released, the lower end of the disconnect is left down hole with a common fishneck.
