Renown’s ‘HD-3 ESP’ is a feed thru packer with dual production / injection strings and multiple control lines. The packer is a hydraulic set and tension release retrievable liner packer, with control line feed-thru capability to accommodate chemical injection, downhole instrumentation, or remote operation of sub-surface production control equipment.

Features

  • Dual production / injection strings.
  • Deployed on tubing with Renown’s Pump Out Plug on bottom (20-043-XXXX-00), no running tool required to set or release.
  • Hydraulic set on tubing and pull to release. Adjustable setting pressure and shear release.
  • Multiple packers can be set on a single string.
  • Bi-directional slips.
  • Control line fittings are surface testable for reliability.
  • Up to three 1/4” or 3/8” control lines, dependent on size.
  • Available in a variety of elastomers, NBR and Viton, rated up to 464°F (240°C).
  • Multiple sizes available and custom sizes upon request.
    • A 410 stainless steel model is immediately available in 5-1/2″ x 1.66 NUE
