Renown’s Quick Connect is a threaded connector to simplify the connection between tools where a BHA is made up of multiple tools. It allows users to make/break individual tools on the BHA without the need to rotate the whole BHA, but by only rotating an ACME threaded sleeve on the Quick Connect. This allows users to easily torque all tool threaded connections prior to BHA assembly, such as in a shop setting, which eliminates the step to torque connection in the field when assembling the BHA. An internal hex interface allows for high torque transmission to the BHA. A full bore ID and O-rings to allow pressure and unrestricted fluid flow to BHA tools.
